01 — Acceptance of These Terms

The website presents MONO’s work in AI-agent design, workflow engineering, business-system integrations, model and tool selection, deployment, monitoring, and operations. Its content is general information and is not legal, financial, security, or project-specific technical advice.
03 — Services, Deployment and Operations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require MONO to accept work. Agent scope, integrations, model or tool providers, system access, deployment responsibilities, monitoring, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and operational support are confirmed only through a separate proposal or signed agreement.
04 — Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, copy, system diagrams, demonstrations, graphics, animations, branding, and original materials belong to MONO or its licensors. You may view them for personal or internal business purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, test connected services without permission, or use the website in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

Website examples, demonstrations, and case studies do not guarantee identical project outcomes; production expectations are defined only in a separate agreement.

MONO is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for third-party provider availability. Liability connected to client systems, deployments, or operations is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
09 — Changes, Applicable Law and Contact
We may update the website and these Terms as MONO’s services, integrations, or operating practices change. The version published here applies from its stated date.
